I’m passionate about helping people to grow, change and improve their skills to be able to be better professionals. Since 2006 I’ve been doing keynotes, public talks, workshops, and guest university lectures with audiences up to 1,000 people all around the world. I spoke at international conferences like TEDx, IxDA Interaction, WordCamps, World Usability Day, Creative Mornings, and many others. My presentations reached over 1,000,000 views, were awarded multiple times Presentation of the Day, and featured in the worldwide Design Top 50 on Slideshare (when it was still used).

“Just attended a session with her about goal setting and loved her kind and compassionate perspective, as well as the structured frameworks to understand the type of goals and techniques you need to achieve or revisit them”

Sara Noronha Ramos (Twitter)

“Perfect blending of academic thinking with practical application”

Shimrit Janes (Twitter)

“Folletto has the most beautiful slides at #IxD14 that I’ve seen so far, I must say. It’s a visual design clinic masquerading as a presentation”

Michael-Owen Liston (Twitter)

“I feel I’m getting two talks for the price of one from Folletto. Awesome Dot Loop process, which underlies social experience design”

Tarun Gangwani (Twitter)

Main Keynote Themes

These are the main themes I talked about in recent years:

  • Organizational Design — I have extensive experience in helping organizations transform as they scale to create environments that are able to deliver high quality products as well progress and wellbeing for the people.
  • Management — In over 10+ years of management experience I’ve worked across many kinds of organizations, from small startups to large post-IPO companies, and I’ve developed a unique people-centered approach to leading teams, based on trust and empowerment. I’ve always worked cross-team and cross-discipline, to create effective organizations.
  • Design and Product Leadership — More specifically, my management experience goes even deeper in both the areas of product and design as these are my two specialties. I’ve helped create and evolve strategies, roadmapping processes, design systems, design operation teams, etc.
  • Remote Working — I’ve worked remotely for over 10 years, 8 of which in one of the most prominent pioneers of remote working, Automattic. I’ve also offered consulting to help organizations make the shift to be more async and more efficient.
